About UFO 51
UFO 51 opened on Grabengasse, in the heart of Passau’s old town, in 2025 – and it makes a point of not being an ordinary döner shop. Founder Ayoub takes the classics, rethinks them and makes them better.
The centrepiece is the UFO döner: in round UFO bread that is sealed all the way round – crispy outside, juicy inside. The team makes the sauces fresh every day and bakes the bread daily.
There are also dürüm, bowls and vegetarian versions with falafel or halloumi.
